My wife took her Jeep in to get a simple NC inspection and it went south. First they said she needed an alignment which was not needed. Then they said that the rear brakes need to be done before it will pass inspection and forced her to do this to pass inspection, which may or may not have been needed. Then the best part is they inspected it and passed it but when we went to renew registration the DMV said it needs an inspection first. I looked at the paperwork and it had the engine size wrong, the vin wrong, mileage wrong, year wrong, and several other items wrong. My wife called back this morning and asked for a refund and said she would get it inspected somewhere else. They put her on hold and came back and said they had corrected everything and that she could now get her tag. They sent her basically the same NCDMV inspection form again saying they had fixed it although nothing had changed from the original form. No surprise, after the second trip to the tag office we still couldn’t get our Jeep re-registered as it hadn’t passed an inspection which we paid for. This was my first time visiting Delaney Tire and Auto and I am so impressed with the service I received! The parking lot was full and the lobby stayed busy. I went in for an oil change. I received a text while I sat in the waiting area showing so many photos of the inner workings of my car. Then before I paid, an employee went over the photos & findings with me. With this information, I am able to plan for what repairs and services my car needs now, before its next inspection, and beyond. Thank you so much to the hardworking staff at Delaney!

I have been using Delaney Tore and Auto for over three years. The service has been outstanding and the staff goes above and beyond what is expected. The location at Olander and Market Street are both outstanding. I’m sure that the new location in Leland will be as well ran as the other stores in Wilmington. The owner Dave makes sure that his customers are treated like family. Thanks for all you do to keep us all rolling safely.

Great and honest people here. I busted a tire and possibly “injured” a second one coming up a mountain while on vacation here. They hooked us up with used loaners and ordered tires for next day delivery as we had many scheduled rafting and zipline appointments that we couldn’t cancel. Reasonable prices and great service.

Recently had a multipoint service on my GWagen through Delaney Tire and Auto on Oleander Drive. Not only were they more highly capable and thorough then the MB Dealership, but they were much more fairly priced, efficient and professional. The Front Desk Staff couldn't be more pleasant, understanding, attentive and helpful throughout the process.
